Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at occenxbusiness@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety reasons, opened, used, partially used, or altered cleaning products cannot be returned. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
